Job Fair & Placement
There is a very big gap between the available job in the market and the availability of suitable candidates for the suitable post. The reasons behind this are the level of educational quality, the lust for Government jobs, homesickness as well as the less interest for opening the micro-enterprise. They are much reluctant to jobs in sales and marketing. After the training of skill development for unemployed youth, three job fairs had been organized at Hisua, Roh and Shekhpura for the placement of the skilled persons in various jobs. More than 30 private companies have participated in this job fair to select suitable candidates. Several candidates were selected for the job as per suitability.
